What “Promo Code” Really Means At Cascades Kamloops
If you came here hoping to type in a Cascades Casino Kamloops promo code, here is the straight answer right away: there is no code you can enter anywhere. No box, no field, no alphanumeric string. Cascades Casino Kamloops is a physical casino in Kamloops, not an online betting site, so that familiar “enter promo code at checkout” moment simply does not exist here.
In practice, the role of a promo program is handled by a plastic Encore Rewards card. Everything that looks like a promotion runs through that card on-site. You have to be there in person, with the card in your hand, to take part in any official offer.
Every verified promotion for this property is tied into Encore Rewards, which is the loyalty scheme operating across casinos in British Columbia. The basic action is always the same: you swipe or insert a real card at kiosks and gaming devices in the building. There is no casino login form, no bonus box on a website, no “activate code” field on some third-party portal.
It is worth spelling it out one more time. Some affiliate sites online push so-called “Cascades Casino Kamloops promo codes” or even pretend there are online bonuses specific to this venue. None of that has been verified by the operator or by any official channel. Cascades Casino Kamloops is strictly a land-based property, and any site talking about online codes for it is operating completely outside the real setup.
The property itself is located at 1555 Versatile Drive, Kamloops, British Columbia, and is part of the Gateway Casinos and Entertainment Limited group. There is no charge just to walk onto the gaming floor. As with other BC casinos, you must be at least 19 years old to enter and play.
Getting Started With Encore Rewards
Encore Rewards is effectively your access card to every legitimate promotion in this casino. Without it, you are just playing regular games with no loyalty perks standing behind them. Signing up does not cost anything and usually only takes a short stop at Guest Services during your first visit.
You will need to bring valid, government-issued photo ID. That requirement is strict; staff cannot complete a registration without it.
A first visit typically plays out like this:
- Go to Guest Services inside the casino with your photo ID ready.
- Fill out the Encore Rewards enrolment on-site; staff will walk you through the form.
- You receive your physical Encore card before sitting down at any games.
- At slots, insert the card into the reader on the machine, enter your PIN and start playing so that every eligible spin counts toward points.
- For table games, check in at Guest Services to obtain a voucher that will be used to track your playing time and average bet.
- When you dine at Match Eatery and Public House or Atlas Steak and Fish, present the Encore card so that eligible food and drink spend can also earn points.
- If there is an active promo event, visit a Prize-Pro kiosk on the floor and swipe your card to trigger entries, multipliers, or other promo mechanics tied to your account.
- Before you even leave home, look at cascadescasinokamloops.com/promotions/ to see which campaigns are currently live for that week.
There is one habit that pays off long term. Any time you go to a new casino, make a point of registering for the local loyalty program before you start gambling. If you wait until after a long first session, the points from that earlier play usually cannot be added retroactively, so that value is just gone.
At Cascades Casino Kamloops, Encore points build up based on slot play, rated table play, and some dining spend. Those points later act like a currency you can switch into slot free play, table free play, or discounts when you eat and drink at the participating venues on the property.
The Four Tiers of Encore Rewards
Encore Rewards is not a flat scheme. It has four distinct tiers, and each one opens up a different level of benefits. Your movement between them depends on how many points you stack up within a set earning period.
Here is the basic structure:
| Tier | Level Name | Key Benefit Type |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Diamond | Core free-play rewards, birthday deals |
| 2 | Double Diamond | Better earn rates, extra targeted offers |
| 3 | Triple Diamond | Priority access to certain promotions |
| 4 | Elite | Highest free play, entertainment breaks |
Birthday perks are part of the package right from Diamond level, which means occasional visitors still see something back on special dates. As you climb to Double Diamond and higher, the emphasis shifts a bit more toward improved point accumulation and extra promos being opened only to those tiers.
Triple Diamond and Elite are aimed at heavier players. Benefits focus on expanded free play, more generous entertainment discounts, and in some cases earlier or priority access to limited promos. Underneath all that, the foundation stays identical: you bring your card, swipe where you play or spend, watch the points gather, and redeem on the property.
What Promotions Are Actually Running
Over the year, Cascades Casino Kamloops hosts multiple named promotion campaigns. They are time-limited, with set dates and mechanics that come and go. So while formats can repeat, no single promo runs permanently as a fixture.
As of 2026, two styles are particularly well documented at this property and in the local market.
Swimming In Cash is a draw-based promo where Encore members can pick up cash prizes up to 12,000 CAD. The method is a “mystery seat draw”. In practice it means the system picks winners from players who are physically seated at qualifying games during draw periods. To be part of that pool, you must have your Encore card in active use at that game.
Another recurring offer is the Summer Heatwave Multiplier, which for 2026 is scheduled from July 26 through September 20 and runs at both Cascades Casino Kamloops and Chances Kamloops. To take part, you swipe your Encore card at a Prize-Pro kiosk during the time window for the promo. Entry does not require a purchase or paid buy-in.
Winners in these kinds of promotions in BC are typically required to answer a skill-testing mathematical question before they can actually receive major prizes. That is not a special house rule invented by Cascades Kamloops, it is a provincial contest standard.
In the Summer Heatwave Multiplier, prizes include:
- Point bundles on Encore Rewards, starting at 500 points and going up to 10,000 points per eligible draw.
- Table game match play vouchers, available as 10 CAD, 25 CAD, and 100 CAD denominations.
- A daily 2x multiplier on Encore Rewards points, valid at both Cascades Casino Kamloops and Chances Kamloops on that day.
- Gift cards for food and beverages: 50 CAD certificates for Match Eatery and Public House, and 100 CAD certificates for Atlas Steak and Fish.
Alongside that sits the ATLAS Summer Prix Fixe, which is more about dining than pure gambling. It runs as a seasonal fixed-price, set-menu option at Atlas Steak and Fish. For anyone planning a night out that mixes dinner with time on the gaming floor, it can be a neat way to map out the evening in advance.
